Many years ago it was said that there was an island where man and horse lived happily, over the years the bond between man and horse became so close that the people started to birth children with the ability to understand and talk with the horses. This island was closed up until people started to come, some classes were held on how they live, there traditions and started to teach the outsiders there language there, the language of the free spirit.
A new girl is in charge of the whole island, her ancestors were the first to be on this island and it is tradition that the child of the family is to be the new "Mayor" She was the only sibling of her family so she got the rule. Her name is Stella Reed and owns a horse rescue on the island on the top of the hill. All horses have free roam of the whole island, everyone here has rights and those who break a law get punished harshly because here, the horses is the human and the human is the horse, so to speak.
